Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy and click "Add To Basket" put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" at the top right and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own local currency.
We reserve the right to change pricing or withdraw products from sale without notice. Whilst we try to ensure the accuracy of prices and product information on our web site, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders if we discover any pricing errors before we process your order, in which case you will be given the option to re-submit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
We despatch all stock orders within 24 hours of ordering
We aim to despatch all orders on the same day if ordered before 2PM
We use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery for all standard deliveries.
For Next Day delivery we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a fully insured and tracked service DELIVERED BEFORE 1PM and needs to be signed for. Orders must be placed before 2pm. Service is next working day, Saturday delivery available at extra cost,
For bulk orders we use a next day courier service which needs to be signed for.
DELIVERY CHARGES ARE PER ITEM ALTHOUGH POSTAGE IS DISCOUNTED FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All prices include VAT at 20%.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Goods may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. Garments must be in original condition, must not have been worn and all tags and labels must be attached.
A purchase may be cancelled at any time, but please be aware we do send parcels on the same day as purchased.
